Joe Noreau
Senior Pastor
When he was a young child, Pastor Noreau was spending the night at a friend's house when his friend's mom told a Bible Story and gave the plan of Salvation. Even at such a young age, he couldn’t sleep and late that night he trusted Jesus Christ as his personal Savior. While attending Atlantic Baptist Bible College in Chester, Virginia, he met his lovely wife, Shannon. He and Shannon were married and after a few years, he became an Assistant Pastor and simultaneously served as a Deputy Sheriff in Sussex County, Virginia. While serving in the jail, he had the opportunity to minister to the inmates constantly. After about a year, he knew the Lord wanted him in full-time Christian service and began looking for a college to finish his degree. He graduated from Crown College with a degree in Missions. He and his family were missionaries to British Columbia for many years and he also previously pastored in Ohio. Pastor Noreau truly has a passion for seeing people’s lives changed by the power of the Gospel. This passion extends both to the saved in the church and to the lost in the world waiting to hear the Gospel for the very first time.

Gary Good
Assistant Pastor
Pastor Good had the privilege of growing up in a Christian home and was saved as a young child. Pastor Good went to Pensacola Christian College where he answered God's call to preach, met his future wife, and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Bible and Biblical Languages. Shortly after their wedding, Pastor Good and his bride, Karel, accepted the call to Sequoia Bible Church as an assistant pastor. As the Goods faithfully served that and other small churches, they were blessed with three daughters and one son. Karel went home to be with the Lord and the family moved to Urbana, IL, where Pastor Good worked in his local church's bus ministry, children's ministry, and visitation ministry. Pastor Good had a deep desire to serve the Lord full time. His prayers brought him to Sweethaven Baptist Church in June of 2003. Pastor Good not only works with the children at Sweethaven Baptist Church, but he is also the Bible teacher at Sweethaven Christian Academy.

MICAH CLARK
Youth Pastor
Pastor Micah was saved while at a teen camp. He later felt God leading him into full-time ministry during a revival meeting in his junior year of high school. He attended and graduated from West Coast Baptist College with a degree in church ministry. While at college, Pastor Micah met his future wife, Christy, and soon they were married. Pastor Micah is very excited to help the youth at Sweethaven Baptist Church and to continue on his journey in ministry.
